I'm once again having wrist pain in my dominant hand which is worse at the end of my shift. I took a week off to completely rest it and it helps, but it still hurts whenever I most my thumb, at the base into the top of the radius. Does anyone have this problem? I had carpal tunnel surgery 10 years ago, but don't have the same numbness as I did before that surgery. I tried switching my mouse to the left hand, but it still hurts especially whenever I use the space bar. I've tried splinting which doesn't help as the radius bone sticks out (tendon?). I've already had a cortisone shot into my right ring finger for a trigger finger, which helped, but now even that's coming back. Has anyone had this and how can I get rid of it to be able to transcribe?
