Hi all,
For the last 2 years or so I have been suffering from right inner ankle pain. It has progressively gotten more and more painful. I have had x-rays and it shows nothing is wrong. I am pretty sure it's has to be posterior tibialis tendinitis, but now it's starting on the left ankle. When I rotate my right ankle in a circle, I can feel a popping sensation that doesn't really feel like it's bone, but it is so terribly sore. I wondered if maybe pushing the foot pedal could cause this. I don't jog so I know it's not due to that. I am thinking of going to a podiatrist and see if there is anything I can do for it before the left ankle gets as painful as the right one.
Thanks all :)
