Hi all: Has anyone had trouble with right shoulder hurting, burning type pain, tired, feeling like your arm is going to fall off and making right triceps weak after sitting at the computer so long. Have been told by orthopod that I have bone-on-bone in my right knee. He suggested surgery and gave me Tramadol for the pain. Surgery is not an option financially at this time. I have been losing weight in order to take some of the pressure off. I cannot take the Tramadol and work because it makes me sleepy. Cannot take NSAIDs because of the GI side effects.
