hey guys, I've only be typing for over a year and my hips bug me all the time! its not my chair and its not the way I sit, i've had this checked on...I do get up regularly and try to stand for a little bit, walk to the bathroom, get a snack, etc. Any suggestions for exercises? I usually get a massage too, its a sacrifice (money wise) but it totally helps. She's given me some exercises too but i feel I just need some more...She usually jabs her elbow into my hips and it relieves the tension wonderfully. i'm only in my twenties and should not be feeling like this...again any suggestions would be fantastic! TIA
