For the last couple weeks, whenever I go to bed, if I am on my back or side, I awaken several times with pain in my right calf and knee, if I turn on my stomach it goes away. The first couple hours I am up in the morning it is painful, cannot put my right leg over my left, cannot cross my leg to put on my shoes because it immediately causes a sharp pain to shoot through my leg. Cannot bend over because of the same. After moving around about two hours it is okay pretty much the rest of the day, only to start the whole process again at night. Currently taking ibuprofen but don't like taking so much of it and of course, I have no insurance. Any suggestions as to cause or treatment? Thanks in advance.
