MT in severe pain

Any suggestions for severe higher back pain? It's around my left shoulder blade and goes into my chest. I've done the heat and ice, hot bath, Advil, Flexeril, and sleeping in different beds in the house. Nothing is working and it is literally killing me. Unfortunately I work for a company with very little work so I can't just up and go to the doctor. Sitting here and working is just too hard when all I want to do is lay down and try to sleep. ...

I've had severe CTS, mostly in the right hand for 20+ years. In recent weeks I have been waking up with severe hand pain, mostly in the middle, ring and little finger so bad I can barely make a fist.
