Wrist/finger pain

I'm once again having wrist pain in my dominant hand which is worse at the end of my shift. I took a week off to completely rest it and it helps, but it still hurts whenever I most my thumb, at the base into the top of the radius. Does anyone have this problem? I had carpal tunnel surgery 10 years ago, but don't have the same numbness as I did before that surgery. I tried switching my mouse to the left hand, but it still hurts especially whenever I use the space ...

Okay, I've been doing MT work for about 25 years and never had much of a problem with my wrists that a little R&R didn't fix. About five weeks ago I was cleaning my chairs and sofa with a small Bissel cleaner, and really overdid it. I have been diagnsed with de Quervain's tenosynovitis of the right wrist.
