Ankle/foot swelling

I have recently noticed left foot swelling, more so than right although a little on the right sometimes. I also feel like I am having swelling in my trunk area, not necessarily my abdominal area but the trunk. I am not using added/excessive salt. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on the cause of this. ...

Recnetly I have noticed that towards the end of my shift, my footpedal foot gets swollen. It does not hurt, but if I continue working for a few hours after it starts to swelll, it does get pretty uncomfortable. Does anyone else have pain in the front of their ankle from using the foot pedal? So left leg starts swelling..Go to doc, rule out DVT said my valves are bad.
