Does your back feel "tired" after typing all day? (SM)

Does anyone else get leg cramping/aching while they type?? I used to get them when I started and then it went away, but lately its been getting me again especially in my upper outer thigh. Its not so much an instant leg cramp sensation, just more of a achy feeling (like if you're on a plane) that does go away after I stand up. Any suggestions?? ...
