Halloween Costume ideas for adult?

I'm looking for some halloween costume ideas for a party my DH and I have been invited to. We'd like to dress as a couple, but we don't have to. We're both on the plus size. Having 3 kids sleep over for Halloween, looking for something simple to make that is not too sweet. Just wondering what everyone uses as stocking stuffers besides the usual fruits and nuts. I'm sick of candy, chips and peanuts.
