This came on quickly. One morning a couple weeks ago I woke up and found that my ring finger on my left hand seemed to be stuck when I tried to open my hand up. Since then it has gotten a little worse, hurts mostly in the morning and feels like it is popping out when I open my hand all the way. I looked up trigger finger and what it says is exactly what is happening to me. Unfortunately it looks like there is nothing to be done about it until it gets so bad you have to have surgery, and even then there is no guarantee. I already take anti-inflammatory and pain pills (non-narcotic) for bone-on-bone knees. I was just wondering if anyone else on here has this problem too and if maybe they had found something that helps them. I just have to get through the next 4 years and then I'm going to retire and work part time. You know I really don't like this getting old business, but the alternative sucks so guess I'll just have to grin and get through it (and B**** about it now and again too). If anyone responds, thanks very much. You all helped me get through a major anxiety attack a couple months ago and I really appreciated everyone's input.
