Twitching finger

My right eyelid has been twitching for several days now. It is driving me crazy. Last night I looked in the mirror to see it twitch and it looks like I am sending a secret message via morris code! Any suggestions to make it stop. If I keep my hand over my eye to apply pressure to the lid, it stops, but I can not keep my hand on my face all day long.
