I have horrible leakage/gushing problems with my bladder. I have to wear those long, thick pads all day and night. It is a horrible problem. I have been to a urologist and the first time he put me on VESIcare. It caused significant constipation, and could not take it. Then he put me on Myrbetriq and flared up my GERD so much that I couldn't breathe and raised my BP. I am not normally sensitive to medications, so this was all very distressing to me. He tells me my next step is either Botox injections (which could lead to a total shutdown of my bladder) or InterStem therapy where they insert it in my back, and that worries me. Does anyone have any other suggestions. I have practiced kegals for the last 6 weeks, and that seems to help, but not enough to make me feel better. I have gotten to the point where I don't want to go anywhere anymore. I have to always look for a bathroom. I can't go on hikes when we camp, as no where to use the bathroom except nature, and that is not an option. I have a 15 y/o daughter who I love to spend time with doing fun things, but this has seriously limited that too. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much in advance.
