Feet issues- for years

I have no idea where to go to get some help for myself. I have tried every single speciality that I thought perhaps could help but this has been going on for over 10 years now and no help. Tried ortho, podiatry, neurologist, nerve conduction studies, x-rays, MRIs, nothing found and no treatment and still going on. If not for Birkie's, have no clue what I would do but still feet aching. My left foot used to have electrical current that would hit, only when walking, never at night. That electrical type situation has now moved to the outer part of the foot. Now will get a feeling of "better not walk on this or else I will hurt." At night sometimes wakened out of sleep with terrible pain across the top of the foot, not a muscle cramp, but a deep hurt and have to get out of bed, try something like hot and cold cream and ibuprofen. That was the left. Now the right will just be walking along and the foot gets hung in mid air! Cannot walk like that and skip a bit before that foot works again and guess what, the foot cramp on the top that used to be on the left now has started on the right, waking me at night, horrible hurt across the very top. Oh and did I tell you about now I have what I am sure is restless leg syndrome. Side sleeper with 1 leg resting on top of other is now out of the question for me. Horrific pain that bothers me every night sleeping like that. No pain during the day. No twitching or jerking that I thought accompanied RLS but after someone saying that is what they thought I could have, read some information and sounds about right. I made appointment with vascular guy the other day, went and he just scratched his head, like he never heard of similar and said should get ultrasound. I am not satisfied, doubt that ultrasound would show up RLS and have to search a little further on that. Any, any suggestions from anyone about what I could possibly do next about the feet. I am really tired of all the hurting. Thanks so much. ;
