I have a lot of mozarella, jack, and ricotta cheese and spaghetti sauce. I was thinking of shreeding all the cheeses and adding some frozen (thawed and drained) spinach in it with some crushed garlc and basil, wrap in lasagne noodles and cover with pasta sauce. Do you think this would be bland or taste good. Is there anything else you could think of that would make this taste good. Not using meat this time like I do in my lasgne, just the noodles, cheese and spinach, but unsure if I should add something else so it won't be so bland.
