I think the defense team told Casey to keep the two long pieces of hair, one on either side of her head pinned back. Remember how she kept pulling at them and fussing with her hair over and over? Now it's all pulled back. I think they told her how bad that looked. Also, she doesn't seem to be moving things around on the table like before. All the news stations were having a field day talking about her behavior. She has very odd behavior and some of her expressions are really strange!

[ In Reply To ..]I posted below I hate her left ear that seems to tip outward and the right does not... I do not work with ears, I just noticed it and it bugs me, and her lumpy head bugs me, and when her hair had those 2 pieces hanging it bugged me.
I realize her baby is dead, but I did not do it... I want to shake that lumpy head and force her to see that babys skull and, tape her ear to her head and then send her off to the chair!

[ In Reply To ..]Thank you. My comment was simply to question if the defense tries to temper some of her odd behavior. What a jury sees and perceives is extremely important. A defense team wants to present the case to the very best of their ability, and anyone who thiks they don't have conversations about personal appearance and behavior is kidding themselves. I have cried more tears for that precious child than I could ever count.

[ In Reply To ..]It is important to defense that Casey doesn't exhibit strange behaviors and fussing with her hair and clothes seems OCD. Her presentation to the public and more importantly to the jury is important to get her out of the death penalty.
I was reading a blog/chat during the trial by a spectator at the trial and they noted that Casey moved to sit next to Cheny Mason and he lowered her chair to make her look smaller and more child-like. This is all a show the defense is putting on.
A blogger/tweeter in the courtroom also noted they thought she was drugged. Maybe medication has stopped her from OCD fussing with her hair and clothes but gives her a drugged appearance.
That bulge in her forehead make me think her brain is so disgusted that it's trying to escape her body.

I wondered if anyone else noticed that the really odd behavior of constantly moving napkins around, water bottle, fussing with her collar, fussing with her hair, etc. suddenly stopped. I just thought of that yesterday and feel her defense team had something to do with it. Could be why she doesn't have her hair down and flowing and has it all pulled up. The last thing they want is to have her appear sexy, etc. I think Jeff Ashton is doing a wonderful job. He cut it off at the precise moment yesterday when the defense expert stated a dog could have buried Caylee's bone in four inches of ground with his reply of simply "no further questions."
