Texas Equusearch sues Casey Anthony.

Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch, whose team was called to search for Caylee Anthony by Cindy Anthony, is suing Casey for giving false information to him after her attorney alleged Casey knew Caylee had drowned.

Does anyone think Casey has been acquited and should be left alone like her family and like the jurors and attorneys?

Does Texas Equusearch have a valid complaint and lawsuit is justified?

Casey was not acquited of all wrong doing. She was accused and convicted of LYING. She admitted by her attorney that she KNEW the baby was dead on day 1 and lied about it. Remember his opening statements, "Casey is a liar, she lied about Zanny."

She hired Eqauusearch to "find Caylee" when she knew she was dead. By doing so, this company had to turn away other families with "real missing children."

To say that they should leave her alone is ABSURD! They should sue for every damn dime and then some.

I hope anyone who is in a position to sue Casey does. - Hopefully there is a civil trial like OJ had.

If I were her dad or brother I would sue her for defamation of character.

It will be interesting to see if she is forced to speak regarding why she allowed time and money to be spent when she was supposed to have known that little Caylee drowned and according to Tim Miller gave false information to him regarding Caylee's whereabouts.

It will also be interesting to see how she remains anonymous when so many want harm to come to her and she has all these lawsuits against her. I saw on TV Tim Miller of Equusearch waiting outside the Orange County jail to be sure she is served with papers regarding his lawsuit before she disappears into the public.

I so agree that anyone who can sue this woman should, I anxiously await the - civil suits for a little piece of justice for cayl

The 1st civil suit is definitely going to be from the real Zenaida Gonzales. That poor lady has been waiting this whole time and her lawyer is good!

the drowning story is hooey but she has to stand by it doesn't she, unless she decides to confess, in either case she is nailed to the wall as she KNEW her chld was dead already and that searching for her was useless (in terms of finding her alive anyway)(and the fact she knew where the body was). So yes, they have every right to sue, she wasted their time and resources on her and could have used them to help someone who really needed the help instead. Anyone who files a false report, etc., should be held accountable for their actions. Doubt they'd ever see a dime if they win, unless some idiot gives her a movie or book deal and I really hope no one is that stupid but sure some schmuck will. TE is in line after the IRS...love to know how she owes them $70K though...for someone who has no education or job how did she manage that or did she get some government benefits she was not supposed to have? This is where there is hard documentation of income and the IRS gets their share.

There is a chance she may be paying for investigation when she had law enforcement resources investigating a missing person she knew was dead.

Casey Anthony will pay if she ever gets a book deal or movie, although I doubt anyone wants to pay her for anything except maybe a media interview to explain the drowning and her brother and father's molestation she accused them of. Don't think she will be talking any time soon about this because I suspect it is another unexplainable lie.

The Casey Anthony story is out there for all to see if interested and anyone can make a movie of the sordid story, even you or I, without her authorization.

Orange County could sue her for sending LE - on a "wild goose chase."

The IRS filed a lien against her on May 17, 2011, for 2008 back taxes (apx. $70K); Baez' office is listed as her address. Baez is the one who made the deal with ABC for $200,000 (licensing fee for Caylee/family photos/videos). Whom ABC actually paid, Baez or Casey, is unknown to me.

They did a whole day of going over the trial and testimony on HLN today. Just wondered if anyone here buys the defense story that the child drowned in the pool but because Casey was sexually abused by her father she showed no emotion and did not report it. When I heard the verdict, like almost everyone else in the US I was floored. It made me question the whole trial by jury, the validity of the judicial system and whether or not a person will ever be held accountable for this crime. This trial has just been going on too long. As with so many sensationalized things these days (too much in my opinion) it is just going on and on and on too long, with the hopes that a reasonable doubt is created on the part of the defense. Following this trial and listening to commentary there is very little doubt it seems that Casey Anthony murdered her child and disposed of the body. I think a lot of the bias is because she is a pathologic liar. Do you all think that 12 people who got to together to sit in on this case could all be idiots? I think maybe they didn't deliberate and came to a rash decision based on the fact they had been sequestered for so long and wanted to get home. I have followed this case since this child first went missing. Honestly I could not have been a juror as I feel that this girl is guilty, have for a very long time. The fake nanny, fake friends, fake job, fake trips to the beach, child missing for goodness knows how long and the mom is out partying and having a good time, how could she do it? Is it just me or does it seem like the Anthony's had a LOT of pets who died and were buried in the backyard? I'm biased because I despise both Baez and Casey Anthony but I say she will be found guilty within 48 hours of deliberation and given life imprisonment. The defense case didn't even make sense and in the end they put George Anthony on trial - but for no known reason. How about Cindy lying on the stand?
