Am tired of being fat, yes I said it fat

I do not need any information about walking, exercising, know that but have some health issues that prevent a lot of that. Now let's get to the fat issue. I wish I could live off of water alone for about a month, that ought to about do it but I probably would have such a headache from lack of any solid food. I am also acknowleding the fact that a fast weight loss also means a possible fast gain back. I got all this but what I would like to know, does anyone have a really low caloric list for some quick weight loss so I don't feel like a stuffed sausage anymore? I think once I lose a few pounds might make it easier for me to go with a reasonable diet, rather than a quick fast weight loss. Thanks.;

When I quit watching what I was eating and starting eating anything and everything (when my mother came home from a nursing home/hospital stay and I had to start cooking more) I have gained about 10 back because of my own lack of self control. I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. Weight watchers really does work.

[ In Reply To ..]I would consider his 6 week plan as a start. After 6 weeks you could re-evaluate to determine where you want to go from there. One thing he notes with his program is he often treats patients who have health problems that make exercise extremely difficult. Basically, though, fresh fruits and vegetables without stuff added will give you the nutrients you need, some cooked, some raw. Good luck to you.
