it's essentially a non issue.

Romney is not directly or indirectly involved in the deal--end of story.

Btw--I live in IL. Companies left and right have been fleeing this state since Gov. Quinn took over and hiked the tax rates on businesses large and small. Some of the large companies did stay, but only because they were granted "special exemptions" by our oh so illustrious governor.

My point is, there are many facets to stories like these. It's not just a case of "We the Giant corporation hates you and wants you to suffer and die sad American worker so we're moving everything to China for cheap child labor! Muhahahaha!"
No--there's always more to the story.

To top it off, Obama isn't even interested in bringing basic manufacturing jobs back to the US, since they're "low wage and low skill." Wanting high wage/high skill jobs is fine, but there needs to be a balance. It also needs to be accepted that not everyone can/will/is capable of a high skill job. For some people, assembling widgets is just fine and is also within their skill set. And That's Fine! Those are the jobs that we've really lost. Those are the ones we need back, but that the President feels are too beneath him to care about and consider important to the economic backbone and industry in our country.

I for one, couldn't create an app to save my life--I could, though, put widgets together everyday and happily do it if it feeds my family.
