Neuromas on feet

I have cracked heels that bleed and hurt extremely bad. I also have cracking up the outside of my foot as well. I have used foot fungus creams and sprays. I have used that Miracle Foot Repair and many, many different lotions and moisturizers. I use a callus shaver to shave the hard dry skin off my heels and then moisturize, but it doesn't help at all.
