I'm just curious about how many of us working at home have the same routine.
I get up in the morning and immediately heat up bottled water for coffee (I use a French press which makes a really perfect cup of coffee), then hop in the shower. After that, I make my coffee and drink it while taking about 10 minutes to put on my mineral makeup (so much faster than the other kind of makeup), eyeliner, lip liner and lip gloss. I then blow dry my hair, get dressed, make a second cup of coffee and sit down at the computer to begin that LONG stretch of a shift that sometimes seems interminable. I try to perk myself up throughout the day by going out into the backyard and just getting some fresh air for a few minutes but still sometimes the shift seems endless.
Anyone else have a similar monotonous routine and, if so, any suggestions on making things seem to go by a bit faster? I even change my font around when I get too bored (prints out fine on client's end no matter what font we use on our screen to type).
I'm running out of ideas to feel fresh and perky, so any suggestions welcome!
