My father passed away this morning.

My father passed away this morning. He was in the nursing home and had been in the hosptial a week or so ago with respiratory distress. Got better and went back to the nursing home. He went back in the hospital Wednesday with pneumonia and CHF. Yesterday the nurses told me he was stable and was improving a little. He died in his sleep.

Please pray for us. I lost my mom 1 year ago in August, so this has been a rough year for all of us.

I am so sorry for your loss. My mother was just diagnosed with cancer, terminal at this point. I will say a prayer for you and your parents.

Losing a parent is so difficult. Last Wednesday was two years since my mom died. Try to think of the good times and cherish those memories. He would want you to do that. Take care.

I'm so sorry I'm late, as I've been spending all the time I possibly can with my own dad. I'm so sorry and hope you're doing as ok as possible. I know how lame that must sound to you in light of all you've gone through. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I spent the last few hours reading it (I really hate legalese-LOL) then did a search on collective bargaining. I did see where they wanted to tie raises to the CPI but can't find it now. At first I thought it was an unimaginable tragedy but as evidence comes out that the father searched computer on deaths of children left in hot cars it looks like he is guilty of murder.
