(CBS News) CBS News has uncovered documents that show the State Department may have covered up allegations of illegal and inappropriate behavior within their ranks.

The Diplomatic Security Service, or the DSS, is the State Department's security force, charged with protecting the secretary of state and U.S. ambassadors overseas and with investigating any cases of misconduct on the part of the 70,000 State Department employees worldwide.

just the tip of the proverbial iceberg and investigations of investigations of investigations have been deterred and covered up for centuries now. It's just that no one has been able to bring it into the light and still maintain their positions in life. This government has been "corrupt" in so many areas for so long now that most just accept it now as SOP... which is just wrong. I don't believe there is any single area in our government, or any single politician, be it republican, democrat, or any other so called party member that could withstand a true criminal investigation and come out squeaky clean. They are all on the take and they all use abuse of their power to get whatever it is that they want. JMO.

Obamahaters like to grab at any straw to discredit him/his administration, but the truth is NONE of them (politicians) are beyond reproach. Too bad so many Americans don't spend much time researching how this country is actually run - instead to many are content to search out *only* information which already supports their agenda.

that union members in WI are passing around a flyer with names of businesses who supposedly contributed to Walker and calling for a boycott of those businesses. My father passed away this morning. He was in the nursing home and had been in the hosptial a week or so ago with respiratory distress. Got better and went back to the nursing home. He went back in the hospital Wednesday with pneumonia and CHF. Yesterday the nurses told me he was stable and was improving a little. He died in his sleep. Please pray for us.
