St. Louis Rams - Community Role Models

Anyone here familiar with the St. Louis/Webster Groves area? My daughter has been accepted to college there and we will be moving this summer. We will be going there soon to hunt for an apartment and complete her admissions paperwork. I was just wondering if anyone knew of safer neighborhoods there that we could potentially look at. (She kind of has her heart set on an apartment in St. Charles but I'm not so sure about that.) Thanks for the help! ...
