I wouldn't say we can't say anything bad about Muslims but we can't overly speak bad about them either.
There are so many people reporting suspicion regarding "a Muslim they know" that seems suspicious when they are doing nothing wrong. It is like false rape claims being reported that makes it tough for real rape victims.
It's tough to catch all the bad people and I think our intelligence agencies do a good job at stopping many of them, but they will never stop all of them. We do need to keep reporting suspicious activities and we will catch a lot of them but there will always be some that slip through the cracks.
