I'd love to be partners with someone and have our own bake shop. My aunt is a professional baker (out of her home). Her homemade pies are well known throughout her area she lives in (made with apples from her orchard). She also makes a really scrumptious chocolate roll. And her cookies...the day after they are made when you bite into them the chocolate chips melt as though they were fresh baked. I love to bake (not so much on the cooking). In fact I just made some fresh blueberry muffins. My husband said they were out of this world. I'm into blueberries right now and in a few days I am going to make what I call a light blueberry scone. When I lived in Germany I got a recipe for a cake, and this tasted just like scones, only light, so going to put some blueberries in them and see how it turns out.

I'd love to bake professionally. Homemade breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, anything and everything with cocolate...mmmm. I have never made a pie myself, but I am going to give it a go for T-giving. Have my aunts pie crust recipe.

I loved that movie Chocolat with Juliette Binoch and Johnny Depp. I'd love to be partners with someone in a shop just like that one.

Bless your heart. I would definitely set aside some time to help you out. My last pug rescue broke my heart when he died just short of 9 years. Most people want puppies from rescues. I'd like to take in a dog with only a couple of years left, so I could spoil him and love him in his waning years.
