Too funny. Lawyers are coming up with so many flaws in her story. Cindy remembers a pop-up on neck breaking during her computer search 3 years ago but failed to mention it in her deposition in 2009. She says her memory is better now, almost 3 years later because she was on drugs, but she remembers her deposition. On the stand she went into so much detail about a frigging pop-up to explain neck breaking on youtube with a skateboarder stunt. Do you all remember pop-ups on your computer from 2009? LOL. Wonder if a juror can remember a pop-up on his computer from 3 years ago.
Another thing Cindy remembered was placement of stain in a car they bought in 2000. Can you remember a specific stain in your trunk in a car you bought in 2000?
Cindy said she searched chlorophyll because her dogs were chewing on bamboo and one of them was sluggish. Would chlorophyll be the first thing to come to mind if your dog was chewing on bamboo or other plants. I would search sluggish dogs or the specific plant they were chewing on.
She did all of this while she was supposed to be at work as that is what her timecard showed. That kind of makes her not credible wouldn't you think. Wonder what the jury thinks.
Someone commented on the show that Cindy was an enabler and her testimony on the stand today proved it. Taking the fall for Casey one more time.
Cindy is getting dragged through the mud for this. Love it. I despise liars whose primary goal is to set a murderer free.

[ In Reply To ..]Earlier in the day, CNN was acting like Cindy just turned the case to the defendent's favor. I don't think so. The whole time I was watching it, I kept thinking she was such a liar. It is so apparent. You could tell by her facial features that she was trying to figure out how to word her answers. Hell, even Casey looked surprised some of the time. Nothing has changed. It is so obvious this girl killed her daughter. Shame on that entire family for trying to cover up for Casey, especially for murdering their granddaughter. That whole family needs their head candled. [ In Reply To ..]I feel it is safe to say that nobody on here, or anywhere else in the world with half a brain believes her story either. OP is missing the whole point, again. Even hard-core Nancy Grace says she "gets it." There is nothing like a mother's love, no matter what their kid has done. Of course, if you have no kids, you know everything about child-rearing and what you WOULD do. Always amazes me how people with no kids, know everything about child-rearing.

I'm also amazed by the fact that it hasn't been mentioned or reported (TV) that I've seen where the prosecution said the chloroform site was visited over 40 times which was a gross misrepresentation and not true, which was brought out by testimony on direct from the forensic computer guy.
Seems to me they have enough ammunition without confabulations.
I hate overkill.
What Nancy Grace and anon fail to see - Cindy is an ENABLER
[ In Reply To ..]To constantly make excuses or take the fall for bad behavior such as Cindy Anthony is doing ENABLES Casey to continue her behaviors, be it lying, stealing and murder. That enabling is what some are saying led to Caylee's death. Casey got away with so much that she decided to try to get away with murder and Cindy is going to let that happen by testifying and lying to cover for Casey.
Hopefully Nancy Grace's daughter will not grow up to kill Nancy's toddler granddaughter because I'm not sure Nancy would take that very well as hard core as she is against criminal activity especially when it comes to killing children.

[ In Reply To ..]When this all started Nancy Grace was one of the FIRST to recognize that Cindy AND the whole family were a bunch of dysfunctional enablers! None of that "led to Caylee's death". That was all Casey's doing. No one else. Teaching a child how to lie and make excuses for bad behavior is COMPLETELY different from what Casey has done. She obviously just got so caught up in her own selfish pit of self conceit that NOTHING mattered except having fun, at whatever the expense. THAT's also why she did not just allow her parents to raise the child, selfish conceit and control.
Nancy Grace is annoying, but generally she is spot on.

[ In Reply To ..]For someone admittedly on medication that dulled her memory in 2008 Cindy sure had a lot of detail in 2011 about her memory of March 2008 web searches. An expert said when someone lies they either give too many details or they are vague in their lies. When Cindy explained the neck breaking popup she remembered seeing in 2008 when doing chlorophyll and chloroform searches she went into so much detail about a skate boarder popup she sounded exactly like Casey with her detailed Zanny lies about what the nanny looked like, how tall she was and her weight, and even detailed the imaginary Zanny's family. Top Cindy's computer search stories with the fact that her employment records say she was working, I don't think the jury will find Cindy credible.
After all is said and done and the jury weighs Cindy's words and her timeline, I don't think Cindy's testimony is going to help Casey and may have hurt her even more. Cindy did bring up Casey's check fraud case in her testimony which further gives insight into Casey's lack of character. Oops.
Then when you add in what is yet to come, how and why did George and Casey cover up an accidental drowning of Caylee and why did they put her body in garbage bags and throw it into the woods it becomes a circus of lies in the courtroom. (Did George and Casey think Cindy wouldn't notice the child was gone?)
Indeed the whole family is nuts no matter which way their story goes and the Cindy testimony yesterday proved it. It has become a real-life soap opera the Anthonys and Jose Baez are creating as they go along. Throw a theory out there and see if it sticks. The truth to this crazy family and shady defense lawyer is not relevant.

They do not believe she is "innocent." They apparently want justice and to find out the "facts" and what happened, but they ARE trying to save their daughter from the death penalty. [ In Reply To ..]and my heart broke for her when she was on the stand last week testifying about little Caylee. However, all of that stopped yesterday when she sat there and lied. Even her freakin voice was shaking while she was lying!! This is the reason that she and George have been through so many attorneys, because of HER, her attitude, her "I'm going to do what I want regardless of what you advise" mentality.
She has thrown herself under the proverbial bus because if she is found guilty of perjury there will be a huge fine and jail time for her. Part of me, as a mother, understands that she is trying to keep her daughter off of death row but at the same time, as a grandmother, I don't understand how she would not want justice for little Caylee. I also believe that she has lost site of that, this is about Caylee, not Casey, it is about justice for little Caylee.

[ In Reply To ..]She kept rubbing her arms and face, looking down and then gave this long testimony with a shaky voice. She obviously isn't as good a liar as Casey, but lies in the same manner. The prosecution made her look even crazier talking about her medications in cross exam.
I don't know if Cindy lives in reality but if she does she knows her life is in the toilet after lying on the stand.
You have to read Leonard Padilla, the guy who posted bond to get Casey out of jail so she could find Caylee, and Tim Miller, the guy who founded Equusearch and had 1000s of people looking for Caylee, impression of the whole family but particularly of Cindy. Their ex-lawyers aren't talking but these 2 people who know the family well are and they aren't very fond of Cindy.
