Just a quick thought about Cindy Anthony

Did anyone notice yesterday how she said she probably was at home doing those searches even though it shows she was working? Did she get paid for working even though she wasn't? That is a crime in an of itself. Maybe she'll get nailed for that by her employer. Wouldn't it be fun for her to try to get herself out of that one. It is very obvious to me she is lying to protect her daughter. What will she tell her boss when they tell her she stole from them by being "on the clock" when really she was at home looking up chloroform because of her sluggish dogs? That'll be fun for her to try to dance around all that.

Plus seriously, if my dog was eating certain plants and became sluggish, I would be looking up the plant type and see if it is poisonous to dogs. It would never occur to me to look up "chlorophyll" or "chloroform."

This family is just plain ate up, and that poor little baby girl payed the ultimate price for it. Sad.

works in a similar way. Salaried workers can show they worked 8 hours every day to equal 40 hrs per week, when in fact they may work 4 hrs one day and 12 the next. This happens all the time, especially in the medical field. I am not saying, though, that she is not lying altogether and may very well have been at work when saying she was home. I hope they can prove that if she did lie.

I am glad she doesn't have those 2 strands of hair hanging down now. She looked like a Dru Seuss character like in Horton hears a who.

I am greatful her pouty face stays - as if she is put-upon to have to be in court. That pouty face picture is worth a thousand words and I am quite sure jurors are picking up on it and the attitude that comes with it.

OMG! I totally agree.. that pouty-mouthed, "I shouldn't be here" look. I think a good dose of a chloroform-soaked pad, held in place with duct tape would work. What is really sad, being a taxpayer of Florida, I am paying for this. Hopefully, the jury can see through all the "falling on the sword" antics, the lies, the looks, and see this issue for what it really is, and what the Anthony family is all about. Just my 2 cents while I have it... before it is spent in next week's proceedings.

Cindy actually was on those 2 days she says she was actually home instead of at work. The records may no longer be available as she has not worked there since 2008. She is on disability.

in 2008. I assume some kind of mental health type thing. She worked for Gentiva, she was a nurse. Not sure exactly what she did, but it was office work.

Both parents on disability. Wonder how much they made from selling pictures to media? How many upcoming book deals, interviews, etc.? Casey herself apparently made a significant amount since she now has an IRS tax bill of $68,000. Yet, taxpayers pay for these people?

They did a whole day of going over the trial and testimony on HLN today. Just wondered if anyone here buys the defense story that the child drowned in the pool but because Casey was sexually abused by her father she showed no emotion and did not report it. When I heard the verdict, like almost everyone else in the US I was floored. It made me question the whole trial by jury, the validity of the judicial system and whether or not a person will ever be held accountable for this crime. This trial has just been going on too long. As with so many sensationalized things these days (too much in my opinion) it is just going on and on and on too long, with the hopes that a reasonable doubt is created on the part of the defense. My son is a military man, has been for near 15 years now. As long as he has been active duty, it seems that he is deployed for at least 6 months out of the year. About 7 years ago he met a nice gal who lived in the city where he was stationed, things progressed and they married. Following this trial and listening to commentary there is very little doubt it seems that Casey Anthony murdered her child and disposed of the body. I think a lot of the bias is because she is a pathologic liar. Do you all think that 12 people who got to together to sit in on this case could all be idiots? I have followed this case since this child first went missing. Honestly I could not have been a juror as I feel that this girl is guilty, have for a very long time. The fake nanny, fake friends, fake job, fake trips to the beach, child missing for goodness knows how long and the mom is out partying and having a good time, how could she do it?
