To anyone who watched Anthony trial today

He wasn't invited to a baby shower so he didn't go to the hospital? And he is still fretting about it enough to cry on the witness stand in front of millions of viewers? Gah.

Lee is very weird, although I guess I should have expected as much coming out of that environment. I just didn't realize it till today.

It has now become a game with Cindy and Lee. The game is to evoke sympathy from the jury and set up reasonable doubt.

I hope the jury stays focused on Dr. G, the medical examiner's testimony and regarding the fact that no one called 911 to report a drowning, the child was not reported missing for 31 days, she was found skeletonized in a garbage bag with duct tape around her skull, and in the 31 days before she was reported missing, her mother partied and shopped.

I have lost all respect for the Anthony family and really hope Casey is found guilty because of their games to free a murderer, Casey Anthony. I hope their lives are further ruined by this game they are playing while everyone else wants justice for Caylee. Apparently the Anthony family has no regard for justice and don't care about what happened to Caylee.

LOL Lee crying on the stand is not playing well with public - No one is buying his baby shower story.

Did poll outside the courthouse and asked guys if they would be upset if their sister didn't tell them she was pregnant and invite them to baby shower. Most shrugged it off and said it would not be an issue. It's girl stuff.

I don't think Lee was really crying anyway. Lots of big sniffles, but I can sniffle too. He also has the same habit of wiping away imaginary tears like his sister Casey.

I did feel sorry for Cindy and George. Lee is slimy too if you ask me. Now I think they are all crazy! It is the most convoluted mess I have ever seen. Casey sits there with that deer in the headlights look and no expression and those phony tears! Too bad they are cancelling soaps she would have a job in the future. I'm really sick of all of them and poor Caylee is just lost in the family drama and lies... I hope Cindy gets charged with purgery - she made me sick lying for little Casey...

Watched a few days of the trial. Thought it was slow- - moving and boring. OJ trial was better.

Cindy/George profess outside court that they want justice for Caylee, that they want to know the truth. Yet, C sits on the witness stand and makes, yet again, contradictory statements, which has been her theme since her faux pas about the dead-body smell in the car. In fairness to Lee, when asked about the baby shower, he answered that he didn't know about the baby shower because he wasn't invited. I didn't interpret him to be upset about not being invited; to me, he seemed amused/embarrassed about the inference.

Why was Lee "crying" and angry at everyone? - He testified not being invited to babyshower, etc.

On the witness stand Lee said he said he was upset with the whole family because he was not "involved" with the pregnancy and wasn't invited to the baby shower so he didn't go to the hospital for Caylee's birth. I specifically remember that because I thought it was strange. Guys don't usually do baby showers do they? Then I saw an earlier clip of Cindy on talk show on HLN where Cindy said no guys were invited to baby shower and she explained who did come.

Lee needs to grow a pair if he is crying over baby showers, but somehow I doubt the tears were real and it was more Anthony stage show for the jury, produced and directed by Jose Baez.

Lee did not say he was upset about not being invited to the baby shower. The lawyer kept pumping him about the baby shower, when and where, etc. Later, Cindy testified that the baby shower was held after Caylee's birth and no guys were present. Lee said that he was upset all along about not being included in Casey's life, pregnancy, especially when he had asked about it and was told to leave it alone. He felt like he was not regarded and validated as an important member of the family and included in an important event (not the baby shower, but the pregnancy and upcoming birth overall), IMHO, which could make anyone upset. Lee also testified that he had regrets that have more of an emotional impact on him now that he knows that Caylee is dead than they did back 3 years ago when he still had hopes that she would be found alive.

With all this, I still believe that the family is lying on the stand (more so Cindy than anyone else) in order to create reasonable doubt in the minds of the jurors and hopefully save Casey from the death penalty. I still feel that Casey will be found guilty, possibly even of first-degree murder, but likely will not get the death penalty. I will be very surprised if she gets the death penalty.

Lee really needs to grow-up. He is a dim-wit who wants a pity party - My sister killed my niece but please let her go..

Lee's message is - See I'm all upset and mixed up so dear jury members try to forget about the toddler body found rotted in the woods in a garbage bag and my sister's lies and my mother's lies and pay no attention to the fact my sister told everyone I molested her. This trial has just been going on too long. As with so many sensationalized things these days (too much in my opinion) it is just going on and on and on too long, with the hopes that a reasonable doubt is created on the part of the defense. Following this trial and listening to commentary there is very little doubt it seems that Casey Anthony murdered her child and disposed of the body. I think a lot of the bias is because she is a pathologic liar. Aside from the lying can anyone take a leap and think she may not be guilty of murder or that the state is not proving it beyond a reasonable doubt? I find everything interesting and they cover it on HLN with all the professionals whom we have all worked with. THEY all have the titles, yet look at how nobody can even see a lie from the truth. When I heard the verdict, like almost everyone else in the US I was floored. It made me question the whole trial by jury, the validity of the judicial system and whether or not a person will ever be held accountable for this crime.
