How about some facts. Oprah, Hollywood, Soros, Wall Street, CEOs, Carter, Clinton, Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan, Clooney (and now funding from other countries via Clooney). Those are not "small contributions" they are making. They are buying him.

Besides, it's the small donors that are uneducated (like another poster pointed out here) that don't understand what's going on. The rich are the ones who buy the seat.

Below is a state by state list of teacher's salaries. THIS INCLUDES AN AVERAGE OF PART-TIME INCOMES, HIGHEST AND LOWEST, STARTING SALARIES AND TENURED SALARIES. This does not include any benefits, OT or "activities pay" (they are guaranteed 2 hours of activities pay even if only performed 15 minutes of activity supervision, which is ON TOP of their base income). As you can see, if you can read, teachers do very well for 9 MONTHS OF WORK. Would bet that there are MTs on this board that have to pay these salaries, working 12 months, making far less than these teachers. Lowest increase was 7.9 over a 10-year period; the rest are double digit increases. When as the last time YOU got a pay increase of double digits over the last years? yeah...didn't think so. So my question to you...what are YOU smoking?

Teachers in my area COMMONLY make $ 100,000. Part- timers START at about $40,000 - try actually reading some Labor statistics, not your lib union rags. My SCHOOL TAXES ALONE to support this highway robbery is over $3000.00 a year.

I didn't write my last paragraph right. I'm not the one who says small donors are uneducated. I was repeating it from a post below, in which I had replied that people like me and other MTs, teachers, firemen, etc are very well educated and understand what is going on.

I believe every day people like me who work, and pay taxes, send our kids to school and get involved in politics are very well educated. We know what's going on in politics. We understand the issues and vote for the person we feel is best qualified for the job.

So MR has some rich friends. So does Obama. People with money don't threaten me. One day I hope to be among them. Under a democrat that will never happen. Under republicans I have hope.

I don't care about what people gossip about no matter how much money they have. Gossip and things rich people say do not affect my life. Employment, taxes, education, those are things that matters to most Americans. I don't hate the rich that much to gossip about what they said.
