I love the recipes i get off of here. Growing up, I had a friend that I would go to her house and her mom would make salmon croquets, my mom never made them. I tried to make some once and they didn't turn out so good. I looked up recipes, but there are so many variations, so does anyone have a good recipe. Also, the can of salmon that I bought had all of these bones in them and it took forever to clean them out. Is there a type you can buy with no bones and if not, any easy way of getting them out? TIA.
