Anyone know how to prevent my bread from getting soggy in my lunch? I pack a lunch in a regular insulated lunch bag, using an ice pack to keep my stuff cool. It doesn't seem to matter what kind of sandwich I pack or whether or not I leave my sandwich unassembled, my bread is soggy when I take it out of the plastic bag. Years ago I loved to make bread and have several favorite recipes. I'm going to give up and get a bread maker. I see they come with recipes, but I cannot tell if you can use your own recipes in them.
