I love, love, love salsa and had wicked good stuff over the holiday made by a friend from Texas. Does anyone have any salsa recipes they would like to share, nothing crazy with fruits or even beans (blech!), but just basic tomato, onion, cilanto (Love cilantro!!!), garlic, jalapeno variety.
