I understand as we grow older our bodies change, skin gets saggy, wrinkled, loses elasticity, etc and our hair changes. What I'm wondering is this. Is there a product, vitamin, or whatever that can make your hair look younger and healthier. Growing up I had beautiful hair, soft natural curls that the hairdressers said people would die to have curls that are natural like that. Now at 51 years old my hair is coarse, and frizzy. I can find some curls here and there but is usually masked by frizziness (and parting it differently to cover the thinning areas). I shampoo once every three days and don't use a blowdryer and I don't use a comb or brush when its wet. I fluff it with my fingers and that's it. I have used many shampoos (Garnier Fructis, Pantene, Pert, different moisturizing shampoos, shampoos without chemicals, etc). I've tried leave in conditioners, creams, and gels. I've taken special hair vitamins and I just cannot get my hair to get a youthful (soft) appearance. Does anyone use anything that makes their hair soft, lets the curls come out, and not so coarse and dry and frizzy or am I doomed to the rest of my life with bad hair.
