the head of the Democratic party, so to speak, just like Ted Kennedy (a philanderer and a murderer). This says a lot about the party and who they choose as their leaders. Now that's not to say everything Monica writes is true, but the fact that she and Bubba did have sex in the oval office is true, so voila! a book follows.

It was the Republican Congress that swept into office in the 2006 election cycle that forced the balanced budget.
Left to their own devices, Billary (yes, the two of them) were well on their way to screwing up the country royally prior to the 2006 election cycle. That is WHY the Democrats lost power in Congress.
Knowledge. A wonderful thing - for those who are mature enough to deal with it.
We've been through this so many times. Why do we EVER - swing over to the left??

It's fascinating to watch the pendulum swing, but it's also inexplicable how or why it ever swings to the left, seeing that socialist governments and socialist ideas are proven failures.
I think the answer lies primarily in the excesses of the capitalist system.
I say this as a conservative: Can anyone truly say that the extremes of unfettered capitalism are not just as evil as a system of "wealth redistribution"?
Historically, unfettered capitalism gave us sweat shops and much worse. These gave rise to labor unions, and when THEY were unchecked, they ruined the companies their people worked for.
I wish we could find a balance. We need a system in which people can open and run businesses, hire people and raise the standard of living for as many as possible. "Redistribution" has never encouraged business formation and growth.
At the same time, we know that there are capitalists who cannot be trusted with wealth and power.
We need wisdom, but this I know:
1. The pendulum has swung much too far to the left. It needs to be brought back toward the center.
2. The current President has an agenda that cannot be allowed to reach fruition. Whether you are liberal OR conservative, I assure you that his agenda is not YOUR agenda, or mine. If you're paying attention - AS YOU SHOULD BE - you can see it, and it has nothing to do with "liberalism" or "conservatism".
Sanity is so refreshing. -

If hearing a sorry woman spill her guts (truthfully or untruthfully) about her sex life is knowledge, I'm happy to stay ignorant.
As for being a lying scumbag, I'm pretty sure everybody already knows that. Hence, the impeachment. But as I said, he's no longer president. Who cares. It was already dealt with.
