HELP! I have had several UTI's in the last few years and now along with one I also have vaginitis. I am unsure as to why I continue to get UTI's. I am 45 years old and had the same partner for over 2 years now. I am on Metronidazole vaginal gel for 5 nights and an antibiotic for the UTI. How can I prevent future UTI's?
