I'll admit that I really have never understood what the Health Reform Bill is supposed to do, but I thought this summary was interesting.

An End to Pre-Existing Conditions---which certainly would benefit me.
Small Business Tax Credits for business with fewer than 50 employees will cover up to 50% of employee premiums---my family business will benefit from that one.
No Lifetime Caps---Hooray! This is what made me have to cancel my insurance when they tripled the premium and I noticed that there was a lifetime cap that would not have kept me from going bankrupt if I had some serious illness. This one I love!
Insurance companies can no longer kick someone out if they become sick---as happened in my family. I really love that one! But I wonder if they can just force you out by upping your premium. I'd like to know more about that.
I have no idea what the 10% tax on indoor tanning services means, but I don't use those services so I won't worry about that one.
Enhanced Fraud Abuse Checks---Yes!!! I think we can lower the cost of healthcare if we cut down on the amount of fraud and abuse.
Medicare expanse to rural areas---I didn't know Medicare wasn't available everywhere, but it should be.
Encouraging investment in new therapies---that's always good, in my opinion.
and others. Those were the main ones that caught my attention for now. I had no idea what the Health Reform Bill included. I'm glad someone finally listed them and put them in a form that is available without reading thousands of pages.
