Seems like an appropriate place to put an ad. After all, these viewers are more educated and seem to understand contemporary energy issues much better than the viewers on some stations.

It was only 9.7% in May 2009, and in December, it was 10.9. This doesn't include those who ran out of benefits. I just can't imagine how many are really out of work here.
