Restaurant question for anyone familiar with Huntington Beach/

My 11 YOS is really struggling this year (5th grade). I know it's late in the school year, but I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Sylvan or Huntington Learning Centers. I've tried desperately to work with his teacher, but am getting nowhere fast. He has ADD, which she is fully aware of, and he is on medication, but he is still struggling.
