to chacha asking how to make extra money. It suggested she sell shwag. She asked what it was so I looked it up since I had no clue. It is POT!!!! Who do I go to report this chacha?

My kids would have recognized that as a stupid attempt at being funny. They are not gullible or suggestible or so stupid as to believe they should act on a suggestion made my some random jackass on the internet. Seriously, indeed. What's the big deal? Doesn't your daughter know selling pot is illegal? Does she think she has to do whatever she's told by some stranger making a bad joke? She's probably smart enough to know it was a stupid joke. To say another poster, who you know nothing about, should be reported to Child Protective Services is a little drastic.

You did not say how old your child is. Is she 8, 12, 16? This is what should dictate your reaction.

When my 2 daughters were 15-17, I discussed POT and drugs with them. They told me that if they refused to be friends with (not hang out with) people their age who smoked pots, they would have practically NO friends at all. I think they named 3 kids they knew who had not tried POT. What are you going to do, report everyone they know?

Again, it depends on the child's age. I could even see reporting this phone service you speak of, but your reaction here towards other posters sounds a little paranoid.

When I think of schwag - it is another word for swag (stuff we all get). There is a similar play on words for the word stuff (schtuff) in the world of people who sell promo items. I would take it as a suggestion to sell things like this - not what you are suggesting.

I worked for ChaCha VERY briefly about a year or so ago. The people who answer questions through ChaCha are hired on as ICs (I believe testing was required first). They aren't just random people on the Internet, so I imagine you can complain about the answer somewhere on their site. ChaCha guides (which are what the people who answer the questions are called) do have a set of rules they need to follow when answering questions, so providing an answer such as this would definitely be against the rules (when I worked with them at least).
