I quit MT for final time after 28 years. Paid production and told basically to lie on my timecard and not paid for things like fixing QA reports, answering emails, etc. and getting QA'd to death on commas had taken its toll (oh and the illegal slave wages factored as a result of that). I hadn't cleaned up my office area yet...had that stupid BOS 3 book on the floor and Stedmaniac's Cardiovascular Word Book still on the floor.....well, I went into my office today and my dog had PEE'D (or shall I correct my medical slang and say "urinated profusely or is that perfusely") all over the said books! I just laughed. They say dogs can feel what you feel and think what you think. This proved it! lol. Sai times as yes this is financially a horrible time but it just struck me as funny. So I also have two free slightly (oh, should I put a comma in there??? and is there a hyphen?) pee'd on books. I might take the good pages and make some decoupage perhaps from them.
