How do I stop thinking about food
Posted: May 10, 2010
In the last couple of months, I have realized that I think about eating all the time.
I am not fat, but if I don't watch it, I'll get there.
How do I stop this?
;
Well, you could try what I did. - Not thinking anymore

I went on a gluten-free, casein-free diet for other health reasons. You can google them online. It was extremely easy. Within a week I was happily eating fresh vegetables, fruit, and grains other than the ones that contain wheat-type gluten, and . . . rather amazingly . . . I stopped craving bread products, cheese, and yogurt.
I no longer think about food all the time. I'm content to eat when I'm darned good and hungry, and that's not often.
I've also lost a neat 20 pounds without trying since January. :)

When I was a child growing up in the late 1940s and early 1950s one of my favorite radio programs was the continuing saga of The Lone Ranger. I would huddle next to the radio every night to follow the adventures of the Lone Ranger and his faithful companion, Tonto.
