Obama Needs to Answer a Few Questions

Posted: Apr 9, 2012

Subject: Obama needs to answer a few of this questions ... just a few !

. .This was written by somone who voted for Obama. She must be unhappy about something if she decided to check into his background???

=================================

Lotsa unanswered questions, Jr. Maybe someone on our list can help answer them. I doubt it tho because a lot of

politicians that have more to gain than us sure as hell have not been able to touch this guy's progress.

SOMETHING TELLS ME WE HAVE BEEN "DUPED" AND BIG TIME!!!

Disregarding all the furor concerning Barack's legal status to serve, the questions in the article lead me to wonder how a mixed race person on a Fulbright scholarship as a foreign student could afford to make a trip around the world, became a millionaire on a $12,000/year job as a community organizer, became a senator, and is now president?

 Legitimate Questions:
This election has me very worried. So many things to consider. I voted for Obama. McCain was a Washington insider and we don’t need any more of them. I have changed my mind three times, since then. I watch all the news channels, jumping from one to another. I must say this drives my husband crazy. But, I feel if you view CNN, and  Fox News, you might get some middle ground to work with. I started thinking "Where did all the money come from for President Obama to be able to get where he is"?

I have four daughters who went to College. We were middle class, and money was tight. We (including my girls) worked hard, and there were lots of student loans. I started looking into Obama's history for my own peace of mind.

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California . He is very open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies.

"Barry" (that was the name he used all his life) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan . During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a "round the world" trip. Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia , next Hyderabad in India , three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan, where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his father's family.

My question - "Where did he get the money for this trip?" Neither I, nor any one of my children would have had money for a trip like this when they were in college. When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York . It is at this time he wanted everyone to call him Barack - not Barry. Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ? It's not cheap! to say the least. My girls asked me; "Where did he get money for tuition?" Student Loans? Maybe, it’s none of my business?

After Columbia , he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000. a year. Why Chicago?

Why not New York ? He was already living in New York . "By chance???" he met Antoin "Tony" Rezko, born in Aleppo, Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago . Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery several times in the past and in 2011. Rezko, was named "Entrepreneur of the Decade" by the "Arab-American Business and Professional Association". About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School . Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School? Where did he get the money for Law School? More student loans? His family had no money...that’s for sure.

After Law school, he went back to Chicago . Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down.

But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what I discovered?

They represented "Rezar" which is Rezko's firm! Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors

when he ran for office in Chicago . In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with "seed money" for his U.S. Senate race.

In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for this property? On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Suddenly, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss.

She is now Obama's Chief Advisor and he will not make any major decisions without talking to her, first.

Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz ,Iran! Am I going nuts, or is there a pattern forming here?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley, advisor to Obama was "sacked" after the press found out he was having regular contacts with "Hamas", a radical Muslim group which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran . Buried in the back part of the newspapers was an article: Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will "Take care of things". What the heck does that mean?

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that were born in Pakistan ?

They are in charge of all those "small" Internet campaign contributions for Obama.

Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country?

Or is that just 'a cover' and could it be coming from the Middle East?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2009, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on "This Week" with George  Stephanopoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, "My Muslim faith". When questioned, "he said he made a mistake".  Some mistake huh?

All of the above information I got on line. If you would like to check it - Wikipedia, encyclopedia,

Barack Obama; Tony Rezko; Valerie Jarrett: Daily Times - Obama visited Pakistan in 1981;

The Washington Times - September 7, 2008; The Times May 10, 2008.

Now the BIG question - If I found out all this information on my own.   Why didn''t all of our "intelligent" members of the press been digging into his background and report this? Or are they in the Kettle of Fish, too??

As Arseno Hall would say.----HUMMMMMMM!  Does something stink or is it my imagination?

These are legitimate questions for the president.

Just a lot of smoke and mirrors. Ever wonder why Obama 2008 disconnected the service that screened debit card, credit card contributions to verify that they were NOT coming from foreign countries? No Obama supporter on this board has ever been able to disprove anything on this list. Obama has been dirty since day one.

There are no legit answers because there are no legit questions. It's a bunch of made-up accusations by the racists who don't like having a black man in the White House. More republicans lies. Their strategy....If you can't win on merit, make something up.

Once again, it has nothing to do with his race. It's his radical policies. Period. Playing the race card at every criticism of a black man is getting old.

I have to re-read the OP, but what exactly are the lies? Wouldn't you rather discuss facts than throw around the race card?

No answers - kb - YOUR RACISM IS SHOWING

[ In Reply To ..]
How do you know OP was not addresssing the white half? Typical racial card thrown out by the left because they have no answers, only insults and lies. People that throw out the race baiting just show their own racial predjudices, racial bias and complete ignorance (meaning lack of knowlege) regarding any facts on any issues. Flame away...race card bandied about the Dems/libs/progs so much doesn't mean anything.

This reminds me of people that I know that voted for President Obama, but in order to vote for him (because they were a little racist), would say he was after all half white. It seemed that if they could convince themselves that he was at least half like them, then it was okay to vote for him. I do not think most of these people think they are racist, but in my opinion, they are. Your post reminded me of that.
FYI: Racism is a real issue, not a card played - in some stupid political game
[ In Reply To ..]
For an entire party to demonstrate they have no earthly idea what constitutes racism and what doesn't (as in your post and others like it echoing Fox race-baiting deflection mantra), and for them to pull that ignorance out and put it on diplay every time they are faced with their own demons, is beyond clueless. You cannot expect anyone to seriously believe that GOP congressional intransigence and their electorate's relentless hate messaging is not tinged from the inside out with blatent racism. Give me a break.

This is not just about color. Take a look at the Obama vs Romney poll numbers from ALL groups that have at one time or another in our history been the targeted by prejudice and discrimination....blacks, latinos, women, gays, elders, workers, the poor, immigrants, religious minorities, etc.... and behold the gaping numbers. Those stats do not materialize out of a vacuum. One does not have to look any further than GOP state legislative agendas across the nation to understand where they come from and why.

Get with the program. Rich white dudes are America's new minority when it comes to breaking down classes of voters. All the ALECs, Koch brothers, truck loads of corporation bucks, voter suppressions laws and Fox falsehoods in the universe cannot change that.
Yes, it is alive and a real issue, creating these phony - racism charges - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
takes away from the seriousness of the real race issues. Coming out and ignorantly stating that people are racist and don't like a black person in office is one the most ignorant statements I've ever heard.

To play this political race bating BS is just that BS. Didn't you ever hear of the story of the boy who cried wolf?

And everyone keeps ignoring the fact that these "rich white dudes", the CEOs, wall street, bankers, etc. are funneling millions into the democrat campaign because he is protecting them and their riches. After all he is part of them too.
Just keep telling yourself that - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
if it helps you digest the fact that politicians on both sides of the aisle get donations from their respective sugar daddies. The GOP deserves all the credit for that since they are the ones who resist all forms of campaign finance reform and vigorously defend Citizens United, a decision which has essentially killed any notion of reform for the foreseeable future.

BTW, you are not seriously trying to suggest that Obama gets more funding from CEOs, Wall Street and bankers than Romney does, are you? I think you are just a tad miffed because Obama has raised A LOT more money than Romney. In fact, let's take a moment to inspect those numbers. As of the end of February:

Obama: $172,704,222
Romney: $ 75,609,012

Wow. That's almost $100-million more, huh?

Pursuant to your claim that Obama is garnering big bucks from big buck interests, here's the breakdown:

Size of
donation

1. Under $200: Obama = 53%; Romney = 12%
2. $200-$499: Obama = 9%; Romney = 4%
3. $500-$1499: Obama = 14%; Romney = 18%
4. $1500-$2499: Obama = 4%; Romney = 6%
5. $2500 (max): Obama = 20%; Romney = 58%

Oh my! Would ya look at that? Obama raised more money from the under $200 donors than Romney'e entire total. The overwhelming majority of Romney's donors (58%) are in that maximum donation bracket. Wouldn't that mean that Obama gets less money from a whole bunch more people and that Romney gets a whole bunch of money from much fewer?

Just sayin'

http://elections.nytimes.com/2012/campaign-finance

Please note: These numbers were reported by the Federal Election Commission, who has no pony in this race.

What you wrote is racist. - oh yeah, and garbage too

[ In Reply To ..]
There are legit questions alright, but as the OP post stated no legit answers. That is because they can't or won't. They'd rather stand back and look like idiots and not answer the questions asked.

Your old worn out attacks of calling people racist is over. You twist this into some sick perversion saying people are racist when no racism is shown. You should be ashamed of yourself for spreading the lies that you full well know are lies.

Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry for you if you think more republicans lie. I supposed you can back your statement up with an actual figure. Do you think 1 more republican lies or 3 or 4. Just exactly how many since you have such vast knowledge that "more republicans lie". Luckily for the country that are smarter than you think they are.

Democrat strategy, well you don't even want to go there as it will not be in your favor.

Overall you calling people racists when there is no race involved is in itself racist. Are you racist against white people. Psssst...you do know that Obama is half white too.

Reading this post reminded me of a quote I just read recently.

I'm not the poster you replied to, but I'll bite and I'll actually go in the archives and do some searching to see if I can find the answers to at least some of those questions by the OP. Hopefully I can do it tonight and get back with you. It may take me a couple of days, though.

Trust me, if the answers were given back then, I'll post the links, since I also want to know the answers. If not, I personally think some of these questions are legit and we certainly have a right to ask them and not be called racists for doing so (not that you did, of course, but others have).

and require no defense, explanation or further comment. It is worth noting that these same tactics produced a 7+% popular vote margin and a 2:1 electoral college margin that handed Obama his victory in 2008. Perhaps if you spent a little more time on your own party's leadership and platform shortcomings and a little less time trying to dig up dirt on President Obama, you just might be able to get a clue on how to go about cleaning up the disaster area that is the fractured GOP of 2012.

Your post reminded me of one day before a baseball game my boss said his team had won. After all they were the best team in the world. Kept saying all day long he should place bets because he too used the same phrase "It's gonna be a slam dunk". Him and another guy kept talking as though they had already won. I smiled to myself and thought, yes that team is good, but so is the other team too. Needless to say they did not have happy smiles on their faces come Monday.

Your statement also reminds me of a quote "Better to remain silent and thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt".

All I'm saying is nobody knows who will be put in the position. Obama worshipers will of course proclaim "no doubt...it's a "slam dunk"" The truth is nobody will know who will be put in the position until the day after (or that night). I'm sure people who really like Romney can say the same thing "its a slam dunk" Until the "election" is over nobody knows.

If Obama is in then things will continue to worsen. More jobs overseas, more foreclosures, more gvt take over stripping the American people of their dreams. If Romney gets in there I don't know what the difference will be. Of course it won't be worse, I just don't know if things will remain the same or get better. I'm praying for better because this is the worst the country has seen since the great depression.

While Romney is not my choice I do believe he stands a pretty good chance because of what Obama has done (or not done) in his 3 years. I think the country is waking up to the mistake and taking another look. The country gave him a chance, but just like an employee of a company who is doing poorly and losing the company money they fire him and hence the country may decide to do that.
Changing the tax code will go a long way - to fix this economy SM

and I can only hope that Obama will do this in his second term. I know Romney wouldn't. I feel strongly that Obama will win for the simple fact that he has such a wide margin with the women of this country, you know the "caterpillars". LOL

All of this was debunked long ago. For one thing, Obama did not attend Occidental College on a Fulbright scholarship as a foreign student. According to factcheck.org he registered as Barak Obama as an American student. He went to Occidental on a scholarship but not a Fulbright scholarship. See what happens when people just make things up? Another thing, the only knowledge of his grades come from the president himself as Occidental has never released any of his grades.

Since info only comes from Obama - Probably ALL lies -
