How can Romney stand up to China if he is afraid of Whoopi?

Romney says he will stand up to China, but it turns out he is afraid to go on The View. Romney and his wife Ann had scheduled an appearance on the show, but then a “scheduling conflict” made it impossible for the former Massachusetts Governor to join his wife on the show.

Could it be he was afraid Whoopi would call out his shifting position changes in regards to issues important to women and famillies? I think he is afraid to be in a situation where he is not allowed to be the puppet master. Why doesn't he go on MSNBC? I recall Obama going on Fox. I do not think Romney has even dared to go on Letterman or The Daily Show. I guess he got a deferment for Vietnam, too.

As Walter described it:

“There are some people who favor the obamas, because they have have been on the program separately and together. Governor Romney was supposed to be on with us this Thursday with Ann Romney. We were looking forward to it. Over the weekend, his people said that he had scheduling problems and would not be coming on with us. Nor at this point did he feel that he could reschedule. We are happy to have Mrs. Romney on with us. We are sorry that we won’t have Governor Romney and that’s the situation. He can change his mind and we hope he does. It would be our pleasure to have him on the program.”

He missed an opportunity for a large block of voters, but I guess he knew his hipocrisy would fall short. Probably needed to do some important fund raisers.

Why would anyone want to go on the show where all the want to do is give you gotcha questions?

When Obama or Michele are on show they ask questions like what is like to be so adored Obama or what do like better Michele, boxers or briefs?

They don't want a discusion on the view with Mitt or Ann, they want to try and make them look bad.

Hannity is pretty much fair to his liberal guests.

This is meant very seriously... I was in a store the other day called "5-Below" - everything in there between 1 to 5 dollars. Okay. I ran the central air all summer long because of the many heat waves and extremely high temperatures and bills were averaging $160 to $180 a month!!
