I'm so SICK of hearing about the "second amendment" - what about our first amendment right to peaceably assemble?  Would love to hear your feedback.  Thanks.

This country has a problem.
Stand with your candles.
This is grief stricken, this is
Solemn.  Citizens
Sometimes assemble for this
Purpose.  We also
Assemble to worship, 
Eat, go shopping, be
Entertained, as well as to
Express our viewpoints
Politically. This is
Actually enshrined
In our Constitution, in
The First Amendment.
The First Amendment, not 
The Second Amendment. 
When laws upholding your right
To keep and bear arms
Are simultaneously
Bad laws that abridge
Peoples' right to peaceably
Assemble (due to
The seed of fear implanted
By those with weapons
Of mass murder, put to use
Terrorizing the rest of us),
Then the question becomes
Constitutional,
That is, a conflict between
What two amendments
Guarantee its citizens.
It is not simply
A question of gun ownership,
But a question of
Peaceable assembly, and 
Our absolute refusal
To have that taken
From us, and from our children.
