(CNN)Preliminary information indicates 10 people were killed and more than 20 others injured in a shooting at Oregon's Umpqua Community College on Thursday, said Oregon State Police spokesman Bill Fugate. There isn't a whole lot of trust on this. Looks like an off duty cop, in an unmarked car, but wearing a uniform, saw 3 young adults on a corner. One took off running, officer made a U-turn and chased him, eventually on foot. Police say kid turned and shot at officer 3 times, officer shot 17 times. Others say kid was not armed.
