These kids just started school the 28th and had their whole lives to look forward to. Now, they some wack job has taken that away from them. How utterly heartbreaking. There isn't a whole lot of trust on this. Looks like an off duty cop, in an unmarked car, but wearing a uniform, saw 3 young adults on a corner. One took off running, officer made a U-turn and chased him, eventually on foot. Police say kid turned and shot at officer 3 times, officer shot 17 times. Others say kid was not armed.
