The Liberal - A poem

I did not compose this and take absolutely not credit for it.  Sharing because it just rings true. :)

"Oh, the liberal, full of hypocrisy and delusion,

Harboring ideals that are both frightening and amusing,

They claim to be open-minded, tolerant and just,

Yet towards non-liberals they are anything but,

Save the planet! Reduce our carbon footprint! , they say,

All the while driving their gas guzzlers and flying in airplanes every day,

Raise the taxes! We need more social programs, they sing,

All the while the politicians they support don't pay a damn thing,

Affirmative action - what a complete load of treachery,

Education and jobs based on skin color and not on ability,

They claim that they're not bigots and racists,

Yet upon skin color they conjure their ideology and political basis,

"You're infringing on my rights" they say to the American Christian,

Yet say nothing to the Muslim when they want to practice their traditions,

They say they're pro-choice - supporting the murder of a baby,

Yet a life-long criminal should never get the death penalty,

The liberal relies on faith to believe in the theory of evolution,

Yet utilizing faith to believe in God is a pure abomination,

When faced with a contradictory argument as to what they believe,

They attack the person to circumvent the true logic they receive,

They allegedly believe in the doctrine of freedom of speech,

...but only when they're not attacked and it agrees with what they preach,

The list of hypocrisies could continue for many more couplets,

The psychotic liberal, their ideals belong in the toilet...."
