Poor cook here and finally have found the answer

I got a Panini sandwich maker and it is so much more than that. Today for lunch I cut up some vegetables, squash, onion, zucchini, tossed with a little olive oil, a touch of salt and tossed that on the Panini. I love grilled anything and I am so happy to finally find a way, being as I have no outside grill, to get the taste of food that I enjoy. Self patting my back!;
I have wondered about getting a panini maker. I saw somewhere that you can SM - GaMT

I use tomatoes, pesto, all kinds of cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes in oil, whatever you think you can use and make the most delicious sandwiches, you would have swore you bought them out somewhere. I did a kid sandwich made of peanut butter, chocolate chips and bananas and the kids went wild!
