Anyone hooked on foodie shows?

Top Chef was always my fave until this season. Thought it was the worst season thus far. I still heart Tom. Watching Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares now. And that whole Paula Deen scandal? I have 2 of her recipes bookmarked and loved by my hubs. You faves/peeves?

I used to love the Hollywood chefs, but think that was cancelled (some lawsuit or something I think). i like chopped. Always interested to see what they come up with. Love iron chef. They amaze me. I have a hard enough time timing my grilled cheese and soup to be read at the same time LOL. I also love The Worst Cook in America. Only saw the first season but I liked it.

I love Diners Drive-ins and dives. So many things I'd love to go and taste.

My favorite chef would have to be Bobby Flay and my least that I cannot stand to look at is Giada.

I used to be into Rachael Ray, but all her foods begins to taste the same after a while, so I'm off of her. But she did teach me how to cook.

I can't stand to watch the Neelys (Gina is so mean to Pat), but their food is GOOD.

Giada doesn't affect me either way. It's just that I keep focusing on her freakishly giant head.

Never could stand fake Paula Dean. I can totally see her saying all the things and acting the way she's been charged with in that lawsuit. It's embarrassing to watch the way she practically throws herself on her male guests.

not Kitchen Nightmares. I watched it for a couple of seasons, then realized that I no longer had a desire to eat out. They got pretty graphic with the filthy freezers, etc. However, I have to say that I worked in several restaurants and don't recall ANYTHING like that.

Re Top Chef, what did you think of the mean girls versus Bev? They were horrible but I have a feeling that Bev may not have been a little angel. She had to be doing something that ticked everyone off (even a couple of the guys). However, I was rooting for her until she left.

I forgot about Chopped. Try to catch it when I can. Have also been trying to catch "The Chew." One of my BFFs is a classically trained chef, and we bounce ideas off each other all of the time. Just wish I could execute (hubs is working over 80 hrs/week).

Switching back forth from news channels to food channel. I watch them all Giada, Anne Burrell, Ina Garten, Rachel Ray. Love Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee, her recipes have made me look so good in the past. I like the Neely's too.

Not much lower than 82% for the general population, but definitely MUCH higher than the NRA leadership. The Pioneer Woman is my favorite. All her foods, casseroles, desserts look absolutely delicious, full of flavor, rich and wonderful.
